Fitness Lifestyle Self-help

It may not always be easy, but it will always be worth it.

So cliche, right? I know, I know. But hey- it’s the truth! Did you know that 95% of people who lose weight rapidly gain it ALL back within three years? Go to your Facebook page, look at a photo from three years ago & tell me if you are the same size. Probably not. Life happens, I get it. Losing weight can be tough and then keeping it off is even harder.

The weight loss industry in America makes BILLIONS of dollars per year. Most people who spend money on weight loss aren’t spending it on long-term fixes, they are buying into fad diets, quick-fix pills, or challenges that claim to help you lose “up to” (that’s where they get you) 30 pounds in 30 days with minimum effort. Minimum effort results in minimal results while maximum effort results in maximum results.

I don’t claim to have a quick fix for you, nor do I want you to come to me for that. My program is designed to help you learn a healthier lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life. How many of you have purchased a house? You probably financed for at least 30 years, right? If you had to sign a contract for 30 years of paying for a healthier lifestyle that required effort, I bet that less than 1/4 of you would sign it. Many people have no issue writing a check to help with weight loss but then when they realize they have to actually work, all bets are off and they have given up or taken a break. Paying money to learn how to exercise daily, eat healthy, and live longer doesn’t sound so bad until you’re told to pick up the dumbbells and put down the third piece of Thanksgiving pie.

We are 19 weeks away from January 1st, 2018. If you lost only one pound per WEEK until then, you would be down 19 pounds. Instead of continuing to lose weight after the Summer, many people begin to pack on the pounds again and wait until New Years rolls around to start busting their butt to lose the same ten pounds they lost and gained back. Wouldn’t you love to keep the weight off, still eat a slice of pie occasionally, and feel better?

I have created a program that only takes thirty minutes per day and teaches you how to live a healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life and for only $19.99. My program works- IF you do. We all understand that to get to college you have to start with Kindergarten, it’s the same concept with your health. You have to go thru the learning process and then continue working in order to grow. It wasn’t the one slice of pie you ate at the Thanksgiving dinner table that caused you to pack on an extra couple of pounds, it was the two weeks worth of leftovers that you continued eating. Moderation and consistency are the two key factors in getting healthy and staying healthy. A transformation over three months will always be greater than a one month transformation as you can see from the photo of my client below.

In my program you will learn proper form for exercises, how to workout effectively in thirty minutes per day, and you will all get real-life tips on reaching and maintaining your desired weight. My program is based in a ladies-only exclusive Facebook group where I post five workout videos per week. The workouts can be done from home and accessed at any time. Each group participant will have an accountability partner, check-ins, and discussions to help stay on track. Participants have the option to upload before and after photos to enter to win a cash prize for their transformation. My program is designed for all fitness levels and can be modified for any injuries or limitations while also challenging you. If you are looking for a long-term fix, I would love to help you start your journey. Health is not a size, it is a lifestyle.
