July Challenge

My July Challenge starts on July 1st and I couldn’t be more excited!

My July challenge will be a total body challenge with a workout video posted 5x a week, a yoga video posted 3x per week, and daily tips from a nutritionist. These workouts are for EVERYONE: ladies who have never exercised, ladies who don’t go to the gym, ladies who go to the gym but want an extra push- literally ALL women can benefit from these.

For those of you who have never done my challenges, here’s a little more info:

πŸ—―Can be done from home & anytime
πŸ—―For ALL fitness levels
πŸ—―Accountability partners

Recommended equipment:
Kettlebell, Set of dumbbells (8-20 lbs depending on fitness level), set of dumbbells (2-5lbs), and a jumprope.
☝️None of these are required, simply recommended.
